Eco Friendly:

We have gone green. Palapa Tours does not offer single use plastics. As such, your initial drink will include a 10oz Palapa souvenir glass. We will reuse this cup for all on-board purchase/refills.
 

Music:

During your Tiki experience, we will be playing a selection of music to enhance the summer vibes. We encourage you to become a Juke Box Hero for Charity. While cruising, you may request a song for a $1 donation to the Children’s Hospital.

• Arrive 15 minutes early and don’t forget we are a fully licensed Bar so we will be serving drinks.
   

• During the cruise, all purchases are cashless (We have a square reader – so Tap Debit & Credit).
   

• All our Boat Tours are Bring Your Own Food. See below for a list of recommendations.
   

• Please remember sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, maybe a hat. A light jacket, long sleeve shirt or cover up might come in handy depending on weather.
   

• Children under 12 are welcome but must wear a lifejacket and are considered as a passenger.

• What is individual tickets vs charters?
  Individual tickets sold may mean that other passengers may join your tour. You may charter the full boat if you like and have up to 12 people on board. The price of a charter is the same price as 10 tickets.
   

• Do you operate in the rain?
  We do operate in the rain as the palapa boats are covered. However, the captain can decide at anytime to cancel due to conditions. This may include choppy water.
   

• Can I play my own music on board?
  Yes, we do have bluetooth-capable stereo systems that can sync to your phone and choice of music. Unless you chartered the whole boat, others may not be fans of your playlist, in which case, we use ours.
   

• Can I have a longer cruise?
  You may book a Back-2-Back charter which will extend your cruise to 3.5 hours total. This is subject to availability.
  You can also book 2 boats side by side.
   

• How fast does the palapa boat go?
  Average speed is 4-6 nautical miles per hour.
